Start by taking a train from Brisbane City to Caboolture Station. You can catch a train from Central Station, Roma Street Station, or any other inner-city station on the North Coast Line. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Caboolture Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located adjacent to the station. Look for the bus services to Bribie Island (Bus Route 640). The bus ride will take about 30 minutes, and you should disembark at the stop closest to the Bribie Island Gondola, which is 41 Harbour Promenade, Banksia Beach. Follow the signs to the gondola from the bus stop.

You can also reach Bribie Island by taking a ferry from Brisbane to Tangalooma Island Resort. Start by getting to the ferry terminal at Holt Street Wharf in Brisbane. You can take public transport (bus or train) to the terminal. Once on the ferry, enjoy the scenic ride to Tangalooma. After arriving at Tangalooma, take a local bus or taxi to get to the Bribie Island Gondola, located at 41 Harbour Promenade, Banksia Beach. The taxi ride will take around 15-20 minutes.
