If you are traveling by car, head to the Bungle Bungle Range from the nearest major town, Kununurra. Take the Great Northern Highway (National Route 1) heading south. After approximately 35 kilometers, turn onto the Bungle Bungle Road. Follow this road for about 53 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the Purnululu National Park. Continue on the unsealed road for about 20 kilometers to reach the Digger's Rest Station. Note that a 4WD vehicle is recommended for the unsealed roads, and there may be a park entry fee of around AUD 13 per vehicle.
