Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the Bungle Bungles Visitor Centre. Take the Bungle Bungles Road and head towards the Purnululu National Park. Follow the signs for approximately 53 km until you reach the entrance of the park. Note that a park entry fee is required, which is around AUD 13 per person and is valid for 3 days. Once inside, continue on the road until you reach the Kelly's Knob / Thegoowiyeng car park. From there, the walking trail to the top of Kelly's Knob is approximately 1.5 km, and it's recommended to allow 1-2 hours for the hike.

For those using public transport, you can catch a bus from Kununurra to the Bungle Bungles. The bus service runs a few times a week and will drop you off at the entrance of Purnululu National Park. From the park entrance, you will need to join a guided tour or hire a local taxi service that can take you to Kelly's Knob / Thegoowiyeng. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as it may vary. The cost for the bus is approximately AUD 50 one way.
