Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car from the Central Highlands region, head south on the Hume Highway (M31). Continue on M31 until you reach the Wagga Wagga exit. Take the exit toward the Sturt Highway (A20) and follow the signs for Wagga Wagga. Once you enter the city, turn left onto MacLeay Street. The City of Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens will be on your right after a few blocks. There is free parking available near the gardens.

  If you prefer public transportation, check the local bus services that operate within Central Highlands. Look for a bus that heads towards Wagga Wagga. Once you arrive at the Wagga Wagga bus station, the City of Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Exit the bus station and head south on Edward Street, then turn left onto MacLeay Street. The gardens will be ahead on your left.
