If you are driving from the main township of Meningie, head south on the Princes Highway/A1. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the sign for the Coorong National Park. Turn left onto the Coorong Road (Coorong National Park Road), and follow the signs for The Granites. The journey should take about 30-40 minutes. Upon arrival, there is parking available near the beach area.

To reach The Granites via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Meningie to Kingston SE. Buses operate a few times daily and the fare is around AUD 5-10. Once in Kingston SE, you will need to hire a taxi or rideshare service to reach The Granites, which is approximately a 20-minute drive away (about 18 kilometers). Ensure you check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may be limited.

Bicycle

For the more adventurous, biking to The Granites from Meningie is an option. The ride is approximately 30 kilometers along the Princes Highway/A1 and Coorong Road.
