Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, make your way to Cape Tribulation Road (State Route 25). From the Daintree Village, head north on Mossman-Daintree Rd until it merges with Cape Tribulation Rd. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers (about 30 minutes). Look out for the sign for Daintree Siesta Accommodation & Campground, which is located at 1973 Cape Tribulation Rd, Diwan QLD 4873. The entrance will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Cairns to the Daintree Rainforest. Look for the Daintree Connection service, which operates several times a day. Once you arrive at the Daintree Village, transfer to the local shuttle service that heads towards Cape Tribulation. You will need to inform the driver that you wish to stop at Daintree Siesta Accommodation & Campground. The fare for the bus from Cairns to Daintree Village is approximately AUD 40, and the shuttle fare is around AUD 10-15. Please check the current schedules and fares before your journey.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  Alternatively, if you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber) for convenience. Simply request a ride to 1973 Cape Tribulation Rd, Diwan QLD 4873. This option will be more expensive, with fares potentially ranging from AUD 100 to AUD 150 depending on your starting location within Daintree Rainforest. Ensure that your driver is familiar with the area as some services may not operate in remote locations.
