If you are traveling by car, start from the Daintree Rainforest Visitor Centre located at 20 Daintree Rd, Daintree QLD 4873. From the Visitor Centre, head north on Daintree Rd for approximately 13 km until you reach the intersection with Cape Tribulation Rd. Turn right onto Cape Tribulation Rd and continue for about 8 km. You will see a sign for Walu Wugirriga Lookout on the left side of the road. There is a small parking area available for visitors.

For those relying on public transport, take the Daintree Ferry from Daintree Village to cross the Daintree River (ferry costs about AUD 25 for a return trip per vehicle, check for pedestrian pricing). Once across, look for the bus service that operates along Cape Tribulation Rd. You’ll want to take the bus heading towards Cape Tribulation. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Walu Wugirriga Lookout stop, which is located near the 164 Cape Tribulation Rd address. Be sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time, as services may be limited.
