If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Darling Downs. Head south on the New England Highway (A15) towards Stanthorpe. After approximately 45 kilometers, take the exit onto the Mount Stirling Road (C315) towards Ballandean. Continue on Mount Stirling Road until you reach Pyramids Road. Turn left onto Pyramids Road, and the entrance to Girraween National Park will be on your left after about 7 kilometers. Parking is available at the park, and there is no entry fee.

For those using public transport, begin your journey by taking a bus from the Darling Downs region to Stanthorpe. Bus services like 'Bus Queensland' operate routes to Stanthorpe. From Stanthorpe, you will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare service to Girraween National Park, as there are no direct public transport options to the park itself. The taxi ride from Stanthorpe to Girraween will take approximately 30 minutes and could cost around AUD 50-70.
