Walking
If you are starting from Darwin's city center, head south on Smith Street until you reach Knuckey Street. Turn right onto Knuckey Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Frances Bay Drive. Continue straight onto Frances Bay Drive. You will see signage for the walking paths leading to Survivors Lookout. Follow the signs and walk through the scenic areas. Survivors Lookout is located at the end of the walking trail, which will provide you with stunning views of the surrounding area.
Public Transport
From the Darwin city center, you can catch a bus (Route 4 or Route 10) from the Darwin Bus Interchange on Harry Chan Avenue. Get off at the 'Frances Bay' stop. From there, continue walking towards Frances Bay Drive. Follow the road signs that direct you to Survivors Lookout. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to the lookout, offering a pleasant stroll through the area.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in the city center. Start your journey from the rental location and head south towards Smith Street. Follow the bike lanes until you reach Knuckey Street, then turn right and continue until you meet Frances Bay Drive. There are bike paths leading towards Survivors Lookout. It should take approximately 20 minutes to cycle there, and you'll enjoy a beautiful ride along the waterfront.
