Merge onto the EastLink (M3) and continue until you reach the junction for the Princes Highway (M1). Take the exit towards the city center. Continue on the Princes Highway until you reach Spring Street. Parliament House will be located on your left at 1 Spring St, East Melbourne. Note that parking can be limited, and metered street parking may incur costs ranging from $2.40 to $4.40 per hour depending on the time of day.

To reach Parliament House using public transportation, you can take a train from various stations in Eastern Victoria to Flinders Street Station in Melbourne. From there, you can either walk or catch a tram. If you choose to walk, it’s about a 15-minute walk northeast along Flinders Street, crossing the river and continuing onto Spring Street. Alternatively, you can take tram routes 11, 12, or 48 from Flinders Street towards East Melbourne. Get off at the Parliament stop, which is directly in front of Parliament House. A myki card is required for public transport, which costs $6 for the card itself, and you will need to load it with funds for travel.
