From Port Augusta, take the Eyre Highway (National Route A1) heading west. Continue for approximately 300 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Whyalla. Take the exit toward Whyalla (National Route A1) and follow the signs to Whyalla. Once in Whyalla, continue onto the Lincoln Highway and then follow the signs for Point Lowly. You will turn onto Port Bonython Road, where the lighthouse is located. The drive from Port Augusta will take around 3.5 to 4 hours.
