Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Geelong, which is about 20 km away. Head south on the Bellarine Highway (B150) towards Barwon Heads. Continue for approximately 15 km, then take the exit towards Barwon Heads Road (C134). Follow Barwon Heads Road until you reach the town of Barwon Heads. Once in Barwon Heads, follow the signs towards the Bluff. You can park at the nearby car park, which is free of charge.
Public Transportation
To reach Barwon Heads Bluff by public transport, take a V/Line train from Melbourne to Geelong. The train ride takes about 1 hour. From Geelong, transfer to a bus service (Bus 60) that goes directly to Barwon Heads. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Barwon Heads, you can either walk to the Bluff, which is around a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, or take a local taxi if you prefer.
Walking
If you're already in Barwon Heads and want to walk to the Bluff, head towards the river and follow the walking trails along the coast. The Bluff is accessible via several paths, and you can enjoy scenic views of the ocean along the way. It is about a 30-minute walk from the center of Barwon Heads.
