If you are in Surfers Paradise, head to the nearest tram station, which is typically the Cavill Avenue station. Board the G:link tram heading north towards Gold Coast University Hospital. Stay on the tram for about 5 stops until you reach the Main Beach station. Once you disembark, walk towards the coast, and you will be close to the ferry terminal for Wave Break Island.

From Broadbeach, find the nearest bus stop on Gold Coast Highway. Take the 700 bus heading towards Southport. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the Main Beach stop. Walk towards the waterfront, and you should find signs directing you to the ferry terminal for Wave Break Island.

If you are staying at a hotel in Main Beach, the easiest way to get to the ferry terminal for Wave Break Island is to walk. Head east from your accommodation towards the coastline. You will soon see the beach, and the ferry terminal is located near the end of the beach promenade. Just follow the waterfront path until you reach the terminal.
