From Main Beach, head towards the Gold Coast Highway (also known as State Route 2). Walk along the beachfront promenade towards Surfers Paradise, enjoying the scenic views. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach the Gold Coast Highway. Cross the highway at the pedestrian crossing to continue toward Macintosh Island.

Once you reach the Gold Coast Highway, follow it north for about 500 meters until you see the entrance to Macintosh Island on your left. The entrance is located directly across from the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa. Look for the sign indicating Macintosh Island.
