Car
From Halls Gap, head east on Grampians Road (C216) for about 2 km. You'll see signs for Chatauqua Peak. Turn left onto Mount William Road, which leads directly to the Chatauqua Peak car park. The parking area is well marked, and from there, you can begin your hike up to the peak.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Stawell to Halls Gap. Once in Halls Gap, you can either walk (approximately 2 km) or hire a taxi to reach the Chatauqua Peak trailhead. The taxi ride should take around 5 minutes and cost approximately AUD 10-15.
Walking
For those staying in Halls Gap, you can walk to Chatauqua Peak from the town center. Head east on Grampians Road (C216) for about 2 km, following the road signs towards Chatauqua Peak. The trailhead is located off Mount William Road, which is a short walk from the road.
