Car
From Halls Gap, take the Grampians Rd heading southwest. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Dunkeld. Mount Abrupt (Mud-Dadjug) will be on your left. There is a parking area at the base of the mountain where you can safely leave your car. Ensure you have a map or GPS device as mobile reception may be limited in some areas.
