Car
If you are driving, start from the main town of Cardwell in Queensland. Head south on the Bruce Highway (A1) for about 35 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Lucinda. Turn right onto Lucinda Road and continue for approximately 25 kilometers. At the end of Lucinda Road, you will arrive at the Lucinda Jetty, where you can park your car. From here, you will need to take a ferry to Hinchinbrook Island. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around AUD 40 per adult. Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance.
Ferry
After arriving at Hinchinbrook Island via the ferry, you will need to hike to Zoe Falls. From the ferry terminal, follow the well-marked trail towards Zoe Falls. The hike is approximately 2.6 kilometers and takes around 1 to 1.5 hours each way, depending on your fitness level. The trail is moderately challenging, so ensure you wear appropriate footwear and carry enough water.
