If you are starting from Salamanca Place, walk along the waterfront towards the south. Continue along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end of the buildings. Turn left onto Sandy Bay Road (A6) and walk for about 10 minutes. You'll pass some shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for Finlay Street on your right. Turn right onto Finlay Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes. A J White Park will be on your left at 8 Finlay St, Battery Point.

From the Hobart City Centre, catch the Metro bus number 400 or 401 towards Sandy Bay. Get off at the stop on Sandy Bay Road near Finlay Street. Once you get off, walk a short distance to Finlay Street and turn left. A J White Park will be on your left at 8 Finlay St, Battery Point.
