Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Salamanca Place, head north on Salamanca Place toward Montpelier Retreat. Continue straight onto Sandy Bay Road. Walk 1.2 km until you reach the intersection with Macquarie Street. Turn left onto Macquarie Street and continue walking until you reach Murray Street. Turn right onto Murray Street, and St. David's Cathedral will be on your left at 23 Murray Street.

    From the city center, walk to the bus stop on Elizabeth Street near the corner of Collins Street. Take the Metro Tasmania Bus # 446, which goes to the Hobart City terminal.
