Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in Hobart's city center, start at Elizabeth Street. Head south towards Salamanca Place. You can walk down through the picturesque Salamanca Market area (if it’s a Saturday) and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Continue straight until you reach Salamanca Place, then turn left. Walk along Salamanca Place for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Salamanca Arts Centre at 77 Salamanca Place, Battery Point.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From the Hobart City Bus Station, take Bus Route 400 towards the Southern Outlet. Alight at the 'Salamanca Place' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards Salamanca Place and head left on Salamanca Place for about 2 minutes. The Salamanca Arts Centre will be on your left at 77 Salamanca Place.

  • Ferry

    If you are near the waterfront, you can take a ferry from the Brooke Street Pier to the Battery Point area.
