If you're driving from Wollongong, take the M1 Princes Motorway northbound. After about 30 minutes, take the exit for the A1 Princes Highway towards Nowra. Continue on the A1 for approximately 20 minutes, then take the exit toward Gerroa. Follow Gerroa Road for about 10 minutes until you reach Seven Mile Beach National Park, which will be on your left. There is no entry fee for the national park.

To reach Seven Mile Beach National Park using public transportation, start at Wollongong Station. Take a South Coast Line train towards Kiama. Get off at Gerringong Station (approximately 30 minutes). From Gerringong, catch the 739 bus service towards Gerroa, which runs about every hour. After a 10-minute bus ride, disembark at the stop for Gerroa Road. You will need to walk about 15 minutes to the park entrance. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary.
