Raptor Domain: Up Close with Birds of Prey

Raptor Domain is a unique wildlife experience dedicated to the protection and conservation of birds and reptiles through rescue, rehabilitation, education, and research. Situated on Kangaroo Island, near Seal Bay, it provides an opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Australia's most fascinating creatures. The highlight of Raptor Domain is its free-flight Birds of Prey presentation, the only one of its kind in South Australia. During these interactive displays, visitors can meet barn owls, laugh with kookaburras, and marvel at wedge-tailed eagles and black kites. The passionate trainers share their knowledge and demonstrate the incredible bonds they have with the birds, making the experience both educational and inspiring. Raptor Domain also rescues orphaned, injured, and sick birds, providing a sanctuary for those unable to return to the wild. These birds become ambassadors, raising awareness and appreciation for their species and habitats.
