Start at Flinders Street Station in Melbourne's CBD. Take the Lilydale train (make sure to check the train schedule). Travel towards Lilydale and get off at Coldstream Station. From Coldstream Station, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to Punt Road Wines. Head north on York Road, then turn right onto St Huberts Road. Continue walking until you reach 10 St Huberts Rd, where Punt Road Wines is located.

From the Melbourne CBD, catch the bus number 688 from the corner of Collins Street and Elizabeth Street. The bus will take you directly to Coldstream. Alight at the ‘Coldstream’ stop. From there, it's about a 2-kilometer walk to Punt Road Wines. Head north on York Road, then turn right onto St Huberts Road, and continue until you see Punt Road Wines at 10 St Huberts Rd.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Melbourne. Take the Yarra River Trail heading east, then follow the signs towards Lilydale. Continue on the trail which eventually leads you through scenic areas towards Coldstream. Once you reach Coldstream, head north on York Road, then turn right onto St Huberts Road to reach Punt Road Wines at 10 St Huberts Rd.
