Train
To reach Yileena Park, start by making your way to Flinders Street Station in Melbourne's city center. From there, take the train on the Lilydale line. The train will take you through several suburbs until you reach Lilydale Station. The journey takes about 45-50 minutes. Once you arrive at Lilydale Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop nearby.
Bus
At the bus stop near Lilydale Station, board the bus number 685 towards Yarra Glen. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver you want to get off at Steels Creek Road. After disembarking, walk approximately 1.5 kilometers down Steels Creek Road toward Yileena Park. You will see the entrance on your left.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from Lilydale Station, head south on Anderson Street towards the main street. Cross the road to enter Yarra Glen, then follow the signs to Steels Creek Road. It's about a 5-kilometer walk that should take around 1 hour. Enjoy the scenic views as you make your way to Yileena Park.
