Car
If you are driving from Port Macquarie, take the Pacific Highway (A1) heading north. After about 45 km, take the exit toward the Oxley Highway (B56) and continue for approximately 30 km. Follow the signs to Wauchope and then take the B56 towards Comboyne. After about 20 km, turn onto Comboyne Road which will lead you to Innes View. From there, continue on Unnamed Rd for around 5 km until you reach the Rawson Falls car park.
Public Transportation
To reach Rawson Falls via public transport, first take a bus from Port Macquarie or Wauchope to Comboyne. Buses run regularly, but check the local timetable for specific times. Upon arriving in Comboyne, you will need to arrange a taxi or a rideshare service to take you to Rawson Falls, as there is no direct public transport to the falls. The taxi ride from Comboyne to Rawson Falls is approximately 15 km and may cost around AUD 30-40.
Walking
Once you have arrived at the Rawson Falls car park, you can enjoy a short walking track that leads you to the falls themselves. The walk is well-marked and takes approximately 30 minutes one way, with some steep sections. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry water, as the walk can be challenging in parts.
