    From Melbourne, take the M79 Calder Freeway towards Bendigo. Exit onto the C322 and follow signs to Mount Macedon. Once in Mount Macedon, follow Mount Macedon Road; Forest Glade Gardens is located at 816 Mount Macedon Road. Note that there is no on-site parking; street parking is available on Mount Macedon Road. Be sure to observe parking signs for any restrictions. Parking is limited, and during peak times, a shuttle service operates from Centennial Park visitor hub for a $5 donation, including the shuttle.

  • Public Transport

    Take a V/Line train from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Macedon Station. From Macedon Station, the gardens are approximately 3.3 km away, a 42-minute walk. Alternatively, taxis are usually available at the station for around $20-$30. V-Line also operates a bus from Southern Cross Coach Terminal to Macedon Station five times a week. A one way train fare from Melbourne to Macedon costs approximately $7-$10.
