Car
From New England, head north on the New England Highway (A3) towards Brisbane. Continue on this highway until you reach the intersection with the Bruce Highway (A1). Take the exit onto Bruce Highway (A1) towards Cairns. Continue on the Bruce Highway for approximately 1,200 km. Near the town of Innisfail, take the exit onto the Cassowary Coast Highway (A1) towards Mission Beach. Continue until you reach the junction of the Captain Cook Highway. Follow this highway north until you reach Port Douglas. From Port Douglas, take Mossman-Daintree Road (Bump Track) to the Daintree Ferry. Cross the Daintree River via the ferry (note: there is a small fee for the ferry, approximately AUD 30 for a car). After disembarking, follow Cape Tribulation Road for about 30 minutes to reach Daintree Rainforest at 2333 Cape Tribulation Rd, Cape Tribulation QLD 4873.
