Car
Starting from Armidale, head east on the New England Highway (A15) towards Uralla. Continue for about 40 kilometers until you reach the town of Urunga. From Urunga, turn onto the Pacific Highway (A1) and drive north for approximately 10 kilometers. Take the exit towards Emerald Beach. Follow the signs to Emerald Beach, and then navigate to Look at Me Now Headland Track. The lookout is located at the end of this track, offering splendid views of the water and wildlife.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Armidale to Coffs Harbour. Multiple services are available, and the journey typically takes around 2-3 hours. Upon arriving at Coffs Harbour, transfer to a local bus service heading to Emerald Beach. Once in Emerald Beach, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to Look at Me Now Headland Track. Follow the signs leading to the lookout, which is a scenic walking trail that leads to the viewing area.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you are in Coffs Harbour or nearby, consider using a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber) to reach Lookout directly. The drive from Coffs Harbour to Lookout at Emerald Beach is around 10 kilometers and takes approximately 15-20 minutes. This option provides a convenient and direct route to your destination without the need for navigating public transport.
