Get off at the stop at Alexandra Headland, which is near the corner of Sugar Rd and Alexandra Parade. From there, walk along Sugar Rd for about 5 minutes until you reach Unit 4/127A Sugar Rd, 10 Toes Brewery will be on your left.

If you are in Noosa Heads, take a leisurely walk to the Noosa Marina. From there, follow the Noosa River towards the north until you reach Gympie Terrace. Turn left onto Gympie Terrace and walk until you reach the bus stop at Noosaville. From there, catch the Surfside Bus Line Route 628 towards Mooloolaba and follow the instructions above.
