Getting There

  • Public Bus

    If you're starting from Noosa Heads, make your way to the Noosa Junction bus stop. Catch the Sunshine Coast Bus (Route 632) heading towards Cooroy. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes, and get off at the Lake Macdonald stop. From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk to Lake MacDonald. Follow the pathway down to the lake, and you'll be greeted by beautiful views!

    If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from a local shop in Noosa Heads. Head towards Noosa National Park on Park Road, then follow the pathway leading to the Noosa River.
