If you're traveling by car, the most common route is to take the Outback Highway (also known as the Sturt Highway) from either Port Augusta or Adelaide. From Port Augusta, head north on the A1 highway for about 40 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Flinders Ranges Way (B83). Turn onto Flinders Ranges Way and continue for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach Blinman. The entrance to Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park is just outside Blinman, which is approximately a 3-hour drive from Port Augusta.
