Car
If you're starting from Alice Springs, take the Stuart Highway (National Route 87) heading towards the south. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit onto the Ross Highway (State Route 8) towards the East MacDonnell Ranges. Continue on Ross Highway for about 70 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Trephina Gorge Nature Park, which will be on your left. Follow the signs to the gorge entrance. There is a small entrance fee (around AUD $3 per vehicle) which you can pay at the entrance.
