Car
If you're starting from Alice Springs, take the Stuart Highway (National Route 87) heading towards the south. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit onto the Ross Highway (State Route 8) towards the East MacDonnell Ranges. Continue on Ross Highway for about 70 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Trephina Gorge Nature Park, which will be on your left. Follow the signs to the gorge entrance. There is a small entrance fee (around AUD $3 per vehicle) which you can pay at the entrance.

Public transportation options are limited, but you can use the bus services provided by the 'Alice Springs Bus' company. Take the bus from Alice Springs to the East MacDonnell Ranges, and get off at the Trephina Gorge stop. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may not run frequently. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the entrance of Trephina Gorge Nature Park.
