If you're driving from the center of Bowral, head south on Bong Bong Street, then turn right onto the Old Hume Highway. Continue for approximately 8 km. The Old Hume Highway will take you directly to Berrima. As you approach Berrima, look for the Old Hume Highway before Wingecarribee Street on your left, where you will find Australia’s Oldest Camellia Tree. There is ample parking available along the roadside.

To reach the Oldest Camellia Tree via public transport, take a train from Sydney to Mittagong or Bowral station. From either station, you can catch a bus operated by Transport NSW heading towards Berrima. Make sure to get off at the stop closest to Wingecarribee Street.
