Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from central Sunshine Coast, head towards the David Low Way (A1) and follow the signs to Noosa Heads. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Noosa Heads, follow the signs to Noosa National Park. The park entrance is located at Palm Grove Circuit, Noosa Heads QLD 4567. There is ample parking available near the entrance, but note that parking fees may apply, usually around AUD $8 per day.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Noosa National Park using public transport, take a bus from Noosa Junction. You can catch the bus routes including 626, 627, or 628 which run frequently throughout the day. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop for Noosa Heads. From there, it's a short walk (around 10 minutes) to the park entrance at Palm Grove Circuit. Be sure to check the bus schedule for current times and fares, which are generally around AUD $3-$5 one way.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle and ride to Noosa National Park. From Noosa Junction, follow the scenic bike paths towards the coast, which will lead you to Noosa Heads. The ride is around 5 kilometers and takes approximately 20-30 minutes. There are bike racks available near the park entrance. Be aware of the potential costs for bike rental, which can range from AUD $15-$30 per day.

• Walking

  If you are staying close to Noosa Heads, walking to Noosa National Park is a lovely option. The park is within walking distance from various accommodations in the area. Simply follow the coastal paths from your location to the entrance at Palm Grove Circuit. The distance and time will vary depending on where you start, but it typically takes around 30 minutes to an hour depending on your pace.
