If you are in the heart of Surfers Paradise, head towards the beach on Surfers Paradise Boulevard. Walk north along the boulevard until you reach the intersection with Ferny Avenue. Continue straight until you see the beach access points. Follow the path to the left leading to Main Beach. This walk is approximately 20 minutes.
Public Transport
From any point in Surfers Paradise, find the nearest G:Link tram station. Board a tram heading north towards the Gold Coast University Hospital. Get off at the 'Main Beach' station. From the tram stop, walk straight towards the coast, and you will find yourself at Main Beach, just a few minutes on foot.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Surfers Paradise Esplanade and ride north along the beachfront path. Continue along the path for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Main Beach. There are bike racks available at Main Beach for you to secure your bike.
