Car
From Sydney, take the M4 Motorway westbound towards Penrith. Continue on the M4 for approximately 40km until you reach the exit for the Great Western Highway (A32) towards Penrith. Merge onto the Great Western Highway and continue for about 10km. Take the exit for Glenbrook (C748). Follow the signs to Glenbrook and turn onto Glenbrook Street. Continue on Glenbrook Street until you reach the end, where you will find the entrance to Glenbrook Creek. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee during busy periods.
Public Transport - Train
Start by taking a train from Central Station in Sydney to Glenbrook Station on the Blue Mountains Line. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and may require a transfer at Penrith Station. Upon arrival at Glenbrook Station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop located nearby. Catch Bus 685 (towards Glenmore Park) and get off at the stop on Hawkesbury Road. From there, it’s a 15-minute walk down Glenbrook Street to reach Glenbrook Creek. Ensure you check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary.
Public Transport - Bus
You can also take a direct bus from Sydney CBD (Central Station) to Glenbrook. Look for a service that operates on the route to the Blue Mountains, such as Bus 200 or similar. The bus journey will take around 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Glenbrook, follow Glenbrook Street towards the creek. Check the bus timetables for exact departure times and any possible transfers.
