Car
If you're driving to Sydney Heads in Watsons Bay, start by heading southeast on the M1 from the Sydney central business district. Follow the signs for the Eastern Distributor, and take exit 1B toward South Dowling Street. Continue on South Dowling St, and then merge onto New South Head Road (A35). Follow New South Head Road until you reach the roundabout at the end of the road, then take the second exit onto Old South Head Road. Continue straight until you reach Watsons Bay. Look for parking options near the waterfront.
Public Transport
To reach Sydney Heads by public transport, take a train from the Sydney central station to Bondi Junction. From Bondi Junction station, catch the 380 bus towards Watsons Bay. The bus will take you directly to Watsons Bay, and you can disembark at the Watsons Bay Hotel stop. From there, it's a short walk to Sydney Heads. Alternatively, if you're near Circular Quay, you can take the ferry to Watsons Bay. The ferry ride offers beautiful views of the harbor and takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Watsons Bay, follow the signs to Sydney Heads.
