Getting There

  • Train

    From Sydney Central Station, take the South Coast Line train towards Kiama. Get off at Thirroul Station. Once you arrive at Thirroul, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located directly outside the station on the main road. Here, catch the 12 or 16 bus towards Wollongong. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Clifton. After you get off, walk along Lawrence Hargrave Drive, and you will soon reach the Sea Cliff Bridge.

    From the Sydney CBD, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the 393 bus towards Wollongong. This bus will take you directly to Wollongong. Once you arrive at Wollongong, transfer to the 1A bus towards Thirroul. Get off at the Clifton stop on Lawrence Hargrave Drive. From there, it’s a short walk to the Sea Cliff Bridge.

  • Train and Walk

    Take the South Coast Line train from Sydney Central to Thirroul Station. Once you arrive at Thirroul, exit the station and walk along the beachfront path towards the north. Follow the path until you reach Lawrence Hargrave Drive. Continue walking along Lawrence Hargrave Drive for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Sea Cliff Bridge. The walk is scenic and offers stunning views of the coastline.
