Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Launceston. Head south on the Midlands Highway (A1) for about 50 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for the B51 Road towards Sheffield. Continue on the B51 for approximately 40 kilometers, passing through Sheffield. Once you reach Moina, turn onto the Moina Road (C138). Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you see signs for Champagne Falls. There is a car park available at the site, which is free of charge.

To reach Champagne Falls using public transportation, take a bus from Launceston to Sheffield. Check the local bus schedule for exact times. Once in Sheffield, you'll need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to Moina, as public transport does not directly serve the area near Champagne Falls. The taxi ride should take about 30 minutes. After arriving in Moina, follow Moina Road (C138) for about 10 kilometers until you reach the Champagne Falls trailhead. Be prepared for a short walk from the parking area to the waterfall, so wear comfortable shoes.
