If you are traveling from Derby, head east on the Great Northern Highway (National Route 1) for about 200 kilometers until you reach the turnoff to the Gibb River Road. Turn onto Gibb River Road and continue for approximately 70 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating Galvans Gorge, which will be on your right. Follow the well-marked dirt track down to the gorge, where you will find parking available.

If you are starting from Kununurra, take the Victoria Highway (National Route 1) heading southwest for about 100 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for the Gibb River Road. Turn left onto Gibb River Road and drive for about 135 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the signs for Galvans Gorge on your left, and follow the dirt track to the parking area.
