Continue walking along the path until you reach the end of the promenade where the street begins. Turn left onto Shute Harbour Road, and you will see a sign for The Fig Tree - Airlie Creek Trail. Follow Shute Harbour Road for about 500 meters until you reach the entrance to the trail on your right.

From the main area of Airlie Beach, locate the bus stop near the Airlie Beach Lagoon. Take the local bus that heads towards Shute Harbour.
