If you are driving from Darwin, head south on the Stuart Highway (National Route 1) for approximately 1,300 kilometers. Continue on the Stuart Highway until you reach the turnoff for the Eyre Highway (National Route 1) towards Port Augusta. Follow the Eyre Highway west for about 300 kilometers until you reach Yalata, South Australia. The Head Of The Bight Lookout is located about 12 kilometers west of Yalata along the Eyre Highway. Look for the signs directing you to the lookout.
