If you're coming from Ballarat, take the Western Highway (A300) and then follow the signs towards Geelong and onto the B100. Continue on the Great Ocean Road until you reach 689/721 Great Ocean Rd, Eastern View VIC 3231. The Memorial Arch Western View is well signposted along the road, and there is parking available nearby.
