If you are driving from any location in Western New South Wales, make your way to the city of Dubbo. From the city center, navigate to Camp Rd. You can use the following directions: Head south on Macquarie St toward Talbragar St, then turn left onto Talbragar St. Continue onto Cobra St, and then turn right onto Camp Rd. Follow Camp Rd for approximately 4 kilometers. The Dubbo Observatory will be on your left at 17L Camp Rd, Dubbo NSW 2830. Look for signage indicating the observatory as you approach.

To reach Dubbo Observatory using public transport, take a bus to Dubbo from major towns in Western New South Wales like Broken Hill or Orange. Once you arrive at the Dubbo bus terminal, you can either walk or take a taxi to the observatory.
