If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Healesville. Head southwest on Maroondah Hwy/A300 towards Lilydale Rd. Continue on Maroondah Hwy for about 1.5 km. Turn right onto Lilydale Rd and continue for approximately 1 km. Payten & Jones will be on your left at 3 Lilydale Rd. There's parking available on-site.

To reach Payten & Jones using public transportation, first take the train from Melbourne to Lilydale Station. From Lilydale Station, catch the 685 bus towards Healesville. Get off at the Healesville bus stop, which is a short walk from Payten & Jones. From the bus stop, head east on Maroondah Hwy, then turn left onto Lilydale Rd. Payten & Jones will be on your right at 3 Lilydale Rd. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary, and a ticket from Lilydale to Healesville costs around AUD 5.
