To reach Meehan Hill Lookout from Adelaide, take the A1 highway towards Port Wakefield. After approximately 90 kilometers, take the exit towards Yorke Peninsula (B90). Follow the B90 through Kadina and Moonta, then continue on Balgowan Rd and turn onto the Yorke Highway (B90). Follow it until you reach Marion Bay. From Marion Bay, look for Unnamed Road leading to the lookout. Please note that some roads may be unsealed, so a 4WD vehicle is recommended.
