From the center of Bad Gastein, make your way to the Bad Gastein train station. Head northeast on Bahnhofstraße towards the exit and take the stairs down to the lower level. Once you exit the station, turn left onto the main road, B167. Continue walking along B167 for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the fork that leads into Bad Hofgastein. Follow the signs towards Bad Hofgastein, which will take you to Kaiser-Franz-Platz. Upon reaching Kaiser-Franz-Platz, the Thermalwasserbrunnen will be located at number 4. The walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes.

From Bad Gastein, head to the bus stop located near the train station. Look for the bus service that goes to Bad Hofgastein. Take the bus to the Bad Hofgastein stop. Once you arrive, walk towards Kaiser-Franz-Platz, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. The Thermalwasserbrunnen is located at Kaiser-Franz-Platz 4.
