Make sure to get off at the 'Oberstaufen, Buchenegger Wasserfälle' stop, which is the closest stop to the waterfalls. After exiting the bus, follow the signposts leading to the waterfalls, which are about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to walk from Bregenz to Buchenegger Wasserfälle, start at the Bregenz railway station. Head towards the lake and follow the promenade until you reach the Seestraße. Continue along Seestraße until you reach the intersection with B191. Turn right onto B191 and follow it north until you reach Oberstaufen. From there, locate the signs for Buchenegger Wasserfälle which will guide you on the last segment of your walk. This route can take several hours, so ensure you're prepared for a long hike.
