If you prefer public transport, take a bus from any location in Bregenzerwald to the nearest train station, which is in Bregenz. From Bregenz, take a train to Lustenau, which takes approximately 15 minutes. Once in Lustenau, you can catch bus line 5 towards 'Lustenau, Schweizer Ried' which will take you directly to the entrance of the nature preserve. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as services may vary.

If you are already in Lustenau, you can walk to Schweizer Ried from the town center. It is approximately a 30-minute walk (about 2.5 km).
