Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Sonntag via the Bregenzerwaldstraße (B200). From Dornbirn, take the B200 heading south for approximately 20 km until you reach the village of Sonntag. Once in Sonntag, look for signs directing you to 'Seilbahnen Sonntag'. You will need to turn onto Bodenstraße, which will lead you directly to the parking area at Boden 50, 6731 Sonntag, where the cable car station is located. Parking is available near the cable car station, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Seilbahnen Sonntag using public transportation, take the Vorarlberg bus services. From Bregenz, take the bus number 35 towards 'Schwarzenberg' and change at 'Dornbirn Bahnhof' to bus number 42, which will take you directly to 'Sonntag'. The journey takes about an hour and a half in total. Once you arrive at the Sonntag bus stop, it’s a short 10-15 minute walk to the Seilbahnen Sonntag cable car station located at Boden 50. Follow the road signs towards the cable car, and you will easily find your way.
